About Forsyth Imagery

Forsyth Imagery specialises in premium fine art wildlife photography, offering museum-qualityphotographic prints and canvases produced using professional printing materials and techniques.

  1. Ordering Process
    Submitting an order does not constitute a binding purchase. After receiving an order, Forsyth Imagery will issue a personalised invoice via email confirming the selected products, shipping costs, total amount payable and payment instructions. Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. Forsyth Imagery reserves the right to decline any order prior to payment.
  2. Payment
    No payment information is collected through the website. Payment is made only after a personalised invoice is emailed. Production begins only once payment has cleared.
  3. Pricing
    Displayed prices are for the selected print or canvas only and exclude shipping. Shipping charges vary according to destination, package size, weight, courier rates and insurance requirements where applicable, and will appear on the personalised invoice.
  4. Production
    All products are made to order using premium archival materials. Production times may vary and commence only after payment.
  5. Product Appearance
    Minor variations in colour and tone may occur due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. These are not considered defects.
  6. Shipping & Delivery
    Delivery estimates are guides only. Forsyth Imagery is not responsible for courier, customs or weather delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  7. Inspection Upon Delivery
    Customers should inspect products immediately and report any manufacturing defects or transit damage within 7 days of delivery.
  8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
    As products are custom-made, returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or colour differences are not accepted. Refunds, replacements or reprints are available only for verified manufacturing defects, production faults or incorrect items supplied. Photographs of the issue and order details are required.
  9. Copyright
    All photographs remain the intellectual property of Forsyth Imagery. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of the physical product only and does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
  10. Privacy
    Customer information is used only to process enquiries, invoices and orders and may be shared only with service providers required to fulfil an order, such as couriers.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  12. Changes
    Forsyth Imagery may amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  13. Fine Art Disclaimer
    Slight differences in colour, texture, cropping and appearance between digital previews and the final printed product are inherent to the fine art printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
